The Beach

Step out the back door of Atlantic Terrace Condominium, walk across the terrace, go down the steps and you are on the beach. Find your perfect spot and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Daytona Beach Shores features 5.5 miles of pristine beaches and 6 vehicle access ramps for driving and parking on the beach (no beach parking at Frank Rendon Park).

Within 5 minutes of Atlantic Terrace is Daytona Beach Shores Community Center offering tennis and pickleball. Membership is not required as they offer daily play for a fee plus taxes.


Sunglow Fishing Pier is within .5 mile of Atlantic Terrace Condominium, just a short walk down the beach. They are open every day from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m for fishing or sightseeing. The pier offers rod rentals, a bait shack, fish cleaning areas, seats and more. Check the daily fishing forecast at

Miniature Golf

Follow the adventures of Captain Kidd and Blackbeard as you putt through streams, a cave, Swashbuckler’s Mountain and more. Hit a hole-in-one and get rewarded at Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf. Visit their website for a Kids Play Free special deal.

Play one or both of the 18-hole golf courses offered at Aloha Falls Golf. A waterfall, an airplane, a volcano, and across a lagoon are just a few of the obstacles you will face as you putt your way through these mini golf courses.


Oceans Golf Club is a 13-hole par 3 golf course that is open to the public. The well-manicured holes range in length from 36 to 135 yards and can be played in an hour and a half. This is a walking course only, no motorized golf carts. Pull-carts are available, though. They offer very reasonable green fees.
